VolaPlast works according to an integrated management system and is certified according to the automotive standard IATF 16949:2016, the quality management system standard ISO 9001 and the environmental management standard DIN EN ISO 14001:2015.

The VolaPlast GmbH & Co. KG / OOD commits itself to the implementation and continuous development of a modern quality management system that ensures compliance with all quality requirements as well as all applicable legal and regulatory requirements – from the definition and implementation of transparent processes to planned quality assurance measures.
We have been known to our customers for many years for maintaining a high level of quality. The trust our customers place in the high quality and safety of our products has been and continues to be the foundation of long-standing and successful partnerships. In doing so, we take into account the requirements of relevant interested parties as well as product safety-related specifications throughout the entire product life cycle. Carefully selected and innovative suppliers support us in this important task.
Our company is growing continuously, with an increasing expansion of our international presence. In this context, we consider internal and external issues as well as risks and opportunities that may affect our strategic direction and the quality of our products.
Our Integrated Management System provides customers with the assurance of planned, and therefore detailed, verifiable and consistent quality. We have implemented a management system in accordance with IATF 16949 within our company, aimed at continuously improving the quality of our products, preventing defects, striving for zero-defect objectives, and consistently adapting to current customer requirements.
Consistently high product quality can only be ensured if the entire development history of a product is precisely reviewed. This is exactly where our IMS comes into effect. We apply process-oriented and risk-based thinking throughout the entire product development and realization process and ensure product safety, conformity, and traceability.
Only through the quality awareness of all employees can we fulfill our commitment to high product quality while meeting customer expectations. Errors must be prevented in advance. In order to assume this responsibility, it is necessary to promote understanding of internal and external interrelationships.
