Climate change affects us all. Every company has a responsibility to play its part in working towards a sustainable economy. We have been certified according to the ISO 14001 environmental standard since 2008 and therefore have external bodies repeatedly confirm that we follow the high requirements of environmental management. Minimising energy consumption, emissions, waste water, waste and the consumables and operating materials used has been an integral part of our product development and production for many years.
Both in the use of external manufacturing processes in the area of injection moulding and in the design of our own systems engineering equipment, we place the highest value on sustainable and resource-saving production processes.
Process-related waste is reduced to a minimum. The waste that cannot be avoided is recycled and thus sent for reuse.
Of course, the environment already plays a decisive role in the selection of our suppliers. We optimise transport routes and try to keep supply chains as short as possible.
We are part of the PRS system and thus contribute to the sustainable and resource-saving use of pallets in a worldwide cycle.

Environmental policy
Corporate policy
Environmentally oriented corporate management is an integral part of our strategy. This policy is binding for all processes within the certified scope. Furthermore, we are also committed at our Bulgarian site to the responsible use of resources and to the continuous protection of the local environment, taking into account the respective country-specific requirements.
We are committed to protecting the environment – in particular by preventing environmental pollution – to conserving natural resources, and to continuously improving our environmental management system.
Environmental compatibility is already taken into account during product development. We follow an eco-design approach to minimize material usage and maximize the recyclability of our injection-molded parts. We consider the entire life cycle – from responsible sourcing and energy-efficient production to environmentally sound disposal or recycling.
Minimizing energy consumption, CO₂ emissions, and waste generation is an integral part of our operations.
We continuously optimize our injection molding processes with regard to energy efficiency and material utilization. Since the quality of our products is our top priority, we currently promote the circular economy primarily through strict, type-specific separation of our production waste. In this way, we ensure that these valuable resources can be returned to the material cycle as high-quality raw materials for the production of regranulates.
Applicable environmental laws, regulatory requirements, and the expectations of our interested parties represent minimum criteria for us. Strict compliance with all binding obligations is mandatory.
Environmentally relevant aspects are firmly integrated into our continuous improvement process (CIP). We define measurable environmental objectives (KPIs), monitor them regularly, and adjust measures as necessary in order to continuously improve our environmental performance.
Management evaluates effectiveness within the framework of internal audits and management reviews.
We maintain effective emergency plans in order to safely manage potential environmental incidents and operational disruptions and to minimize their impact.
