Closest tolerances in the processing of thermoplastic high-performance plastics are our specialty. We measure with an accuracy of up to 2.5 µm and achieve a component-dependent manufacturing tolerance of 0.01 mm. The use of the latest 3D measuring machines and a computer tomography machine are indispensable in order to be able to guarantee these high standards throughout the entire production process.
We are producing over 100 million injection moulded parts every year. More than 1000 tonnes of high-performance plastics such as PPS, POM, PEI, PEEK, PBT, PC, PA, PS, PMA, PE, PP, ABS or TPE are used. These are capable of substituting metals or even steel. Contour-mapped temperature control channels and devices with flow measurement are the basis for the highest quality. Our in-house workshop for repairs and maintenance guarantees fast response times and the fully-concrete tool store ensures the highest level of security for our production base.

Our core competence lies in transporting water from the water tank in the engine compartment to the front or rear windshield. In the past few years, we have been able to make car windshields cleaner and therefore make driving safer through a number of innovations. We were the first supplier on the market to offer a functioning heated windshield cleaning system with internal heating wires. Since 2005, we have been conducting joint research with the University of Kassel on projects in the field of automotive technology.
Especially in the future market of autonomous driving, reliable cleaning of the sensors is of utmost importance. Here we are working with automotive companies on the vehicle generations of tomorrow.
Based on the specific requirements of the installation space, we design your system solution with Catia V5 or Siemens NX.
We create the first systems in our in-house prototype construction in order to test their functionality together with our customers on the test track in snow and ice, desert and tropical climates or in the wind tunnel.
Starting with the prototype phase, the assembly and machine concept is developed by our experienced engineers. We construct all our machines and jigs for the assembly of the system technology ourselves. The machines and jigs are built by close cooperation partners. This enables us to respond to the need for component- and quantity-related special features.
The installation of the machines takes place at our German or Bulgarian site and is always supervised by experienced engineers to ensure the highest quality standards and a fast and thus cost-efficient start of production at all times.
